As a HR Generalist at KTL, I support every stage of the recruitment journey, from interviewing candidates to guiding them through onboarding and integration into the business.
I enjoy building relationships, identifying talent, and creating a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process. Working closely with hiring managers and new employees, I am passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities and helping them succeed in their careers.
Contributing to KTL’s continued growth while supporting our people is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role.
